Tad Dixon has spent his career in commercial real estate and has been a Florida Real Estate Broker for more than 20 years.
He has brokered, developed, and entitled hangars, automotive dealerships, bank branches, storage, shopping centers, and residential communities.
He graduated from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia with a degree in Management Information Systems. Born and raised in Orlando, he lives there now with his wife Kelby and their children Hadley and Hayes.
Since I can remember, commercial real estate has been in my blood.
I grew up listening to my father — a four-decade real estate professional — talk investments, returns, and value-add. A lot of it was over my head. The idea of building something people would actually use was not.
It still isn’t.
At Dixon Capital Partners I work with clients who want the deal done right — brokerage, consulting, or a project run from start to finish.
Most clients don’t have time to run entitlement and construction. That’s the point. They stay on their business. We take the rest.
I work with a network of contractors, engineers, architects, and attorneys. That network is how we save time and money.
We go deep with our clients.
Close work. Fast response. No detail skipped. That’s the job.
